About our Products

Our statues are made of durable fiberglass, some of which are reinforced with fiber matte in different densities for extra strength. Some of our items, especially the large ones have steel reinforcements for strong support. We use UV-resistant polyurethane paint for our products to create a quality finish. We also use other materials like fabric, leather, and steel as accessories to our products. Please see the product description for specific details.

The animatronic figures we sell on this platform are produced in Denmark by our sister company, Creation Group. The figures handmade using metal, hard rubber, fiberglass, foam, wood, linen, cotton, electricity, motor components, fabrics, etc.

Our products are all hand-crafted. Once the sculpture has been made, a mold is cast using a fiberglass mixture. After the casted product hardens, it is released from the mold to smoothen and emphasize the details of the product. The product is then painted and stored in a curing oven to expedite the drying process.

Yes, our statues can withstand any weather due to their durable properties.

While all these products are designed for both outdoor and indoor uses, we have products with upholstery that are suitable for indoor use only.

The Animatronic Figures are made for indoor use only.

All products are manufactured in our own factories around the world. Most of the fiberglass products come from our high-skilled handcrafters in the Philippines.

Fiberglass is a very durable material, and our quality processes are designed to offer long-lasting products. If the items are properly taken care of, you will have beautiful decorations for many years.

The best way to do it is by using a soft cloth and water. The process is as simple as wipe and clean.

Shipping

Our standard delivery method involves the use of trucks through our trusted carrier network. The delivery costs and times are contingent on the specific city and address you have provided for the delivery of your items.

After completing your purchase, our dedicated customer service team will promptly initiate the order fulfillment process. They will carefully review the details of your order, including the delivery destination, and calculate the accurate shipping cost based on the provided information. This is to ensure that you are informed about the total cost associated with the delivery.

Once the shipping cost is calculated, our customer service team will reach out to you promptly to communicate the final amount. It's at this point that you'll have the opportunity to review and accept the shipping cost. Only upon your acceptance will the purchase be considered complete, and the total amount will be processed. If you've provided credit card information during the purchase, the specified amount will be charged accordingly. Alternatively, if you opted for other payment methods, the final invoice reflecting the total cost, including shipping, will be sent to you.

The order is shipped from Memphis Tennessee to your preferred destination. Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time, to ensure you are available at the time.

Once you have finalized your orders, they will be ready for shipping within 3-5 business days depending on availability. In case the items are pre-ordered you will receive an email with the final details.

Returns

In case you would like to return an item please contact one of our agents through the email info@universalstatues-us.com.

Please include in the email the reason why you wish to return the item and your order number. In case there are quality issues please include photographs in the email as it might be as easy as sending a repairing kit.
